Healthy Living

It is important to stay engaged and fit after your release from prison.  It is encouraged that you maintain your physical, mental, and spiritual health. This can be as simple as going for a walk, talking with friends or family, or attending church. 

There is no one way to maintain your health. Everyone has a different body style and have different goals.  Try not to compare your progress to others as your gains are what is right for you.

We at DBB want to help individuals that are returning to society to be healthy individuals so that they can be apart of their family and community for years to come. This page is  here to help give ideas on how to stay healthy in all areas of life. It is always recommended that you speak with a medical professional before starting a workout routine and to always follow medical advise by your doctor.
